novoclave is the high-pressure and high-temperature HPHT (high-pressure high temperature) autoclave by Büchi, designed for methods and reactions involving high pressures and temperatures.
The novoclave high-pressure reactor is designed, manufactured and tested according to several standards such as PED and AD2000. The system can be controlled via a programmable PID controller for operation at a device or via PC. With its electrical heating with built-in automated tap water cooling, fast and precise temperature control is guaranteed. 

By using the same cover plate and electric heating block, the modular setup of the novoclave system allows for changing the vessel size from 100ml up to 600ml.

Thanks to the magnetic stirrer drive, the novoclave ensures efficient mixing and stirring of the process media as well as magnificent heat transfer.

Standard Package:

  • Cover plate with 6 openings (standard setup: manometer, Pt100, bursting disc, 2 valves and 1 opening as reserve)
  • Interchangeable pressure vessel (Type 3) available in 100, 200, 300, 450, 600ml
  • Stirrer drive «cyclone 075 dc» with integrated magnetic coupling, incl. controller «bcc» (speed manually adjustable 0-3000 rpm)
  • Electric heating block with integrated automated water cooling system (controlled by PID temperature controller BTC via magnetic valve)
  • Programmable PID temperature controller BTC
  • Tools and spare parts

Options:

  • Two pressure/temperature options are available:
    • -1 (FV) to +400 bar / -20 °C to + 400 °C
    • -1 (FV) to +500 bar / -20 °C to + 500 °C
