Bischoff Chromatography was established in 1980 for the refill service of HPLC columns. 1981 the universal HYPERCHROME column system was introduced, which allows the use as a conventional HPLC column and as a cartridge as well. Almost all available stationary phases of the different producers can be packed in these columns reproducibly in a high quality.
Beside the development of instruments and the continuous optimization of HPLC methods, Bischoff Chromatography introduced new stationary phases on the basis of the ultrapure silicagel ProntoSil. These phases are processed with the proven packing technology to high performance columns, which raise the bar in the world of HPLC.
The newest technology in separation optimization is shown in the Phased Optimized Liquid Chromatography (POPLC): Instead to optimize a separation by modifying the solvent, cartridges with different stationary phases are combined. As a result the separation needs less time, less solvent and less sorbents.
Bischoff Chromatography is offering complete HPLC systems customized according to the customer’s needs, packed HPLC columns and cartridges in different sizes available with a wide range of sorbents, software for data handling and software for development and optimization of separation methods.
